I checked fuses and didn't find any bad ones I cleaned the connections and checked the trailer with a different truck and the trailer lights work fine! I would gather then since the fuse is good and the realy is working that I have a wiring problem.

That is the one that protects the trailer running lamp circuit. Good Job. Consult our T-One Fit Guide for more information. However, the section on general power distribution for the truck clearly shows the trailer adapter as being fed from Fuse #7 (a 20A MAXI), contradicting the trailer towing section.
