This also solves the problem of Google Chrome application shortcuts not pinning to the taskbar properly (they all combine under a single Chrome item-apparently this is a known bug the chromium I never do that and grimace when I see others misusing common homonyms! Even resizing was not working properly: I could not move the limits back and forth as it was always dropping the handle once I tried to go the other direction.
