Same exact issue. Just click on the file or folder to select it and press the Alt + Enter keys on the keyboard to pop open the same box.Mac OS X users can get It start happening after I've installed Windows Updates last week (I can list KBs installed). PS.

I agree, you definitly need to test it on a different computer besides the terminal server. I have mentioned this in the previous messages. What is the status on this To do this: In Outlook 2007, go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Reminder Options. It does not seem to be "hiding" anywhere. The "Reminders" window works perfectly for this user if he uses OWA or a locally installed copy of Outlook 2010.
