There was just one in particular that was having an issue connecting to any XP machine. If you want to give an non-administrator account remote desktop access, then click that button and add the user. In order to get the IP address of the computer you want to connect to, go to the computer and click on Start, Run and type in CMD. also as far as am aware you cant remote a newer version of windows from an old one?
